As we wind up  to a feastive season break I would like to thank  our clients, and professional partners for their support this year.

Thanks too all our lending partners for your support. 2018 has been a little more challenging, with lenders taking a strong focus on the Responsible Lending Code to ensure borrowers are capable of meeting their obligations in respect to debt levels. This has meant at times looking outside the square of  mainstream lenders to ensure we can source funding for our clients. 

2019 will bring no doubt further changes in our lives and at Mortgagelink Coastwide we are here to advise on those financial changes you  may be looking at with your mortgage facilities whether new or existing. .

Our office will be closed Friday 21st Dec through until Monday 14th Jan 2019, however I will be available over the festive/ holiday break on mobile & email should you or your riends wish to talk through mortgae funding, personal & asset risk and Kiwisaver options during that thoughfull time!!!!!
