Year End Update From Tony

My thanks to the many clients who have entrusted me to either source new home funding, structure existing debts  and or provide advice around their mortgage funding options. Your positive feedback on the simplicity and ease of process reinforces why Mortgage Advisers do what they do best.

This year has seen

  • interest rates in the mid 3% range, the lowest they have been in over 30 years.
  • property market turn in favour of sellers- meaning that prices  have firmed and demand high

So, if you wish to

  • review your existing debt structure and rates
  • discuss option for new home build/ purchase, up sizing/ down sizing or debt amalgamation
  • review your personal risk (Life & loan repayment insurance) asset ( home,vehicle/contents insurances)
  • review your kiwisaver- superannuation

call me to  over the festive break to set up a meeting.in the new year.

As the year & decade closes, we reflect on where we have been & what our goals are for the next stages in our lives..

2020 brings to Mortgagelink Coastwide a new client management programme, further regulation and compliance  both of which ensure that you, our clients, are receiving the advice you need to make the  one of the biggest decisions in your lives, home purchase. As we have said before, our advice is good advice.

We look forward to  2020 and beyond.

Have a safe & enjoyable festive break with family & friends-  we will be !!!!
